Industrial Recycling Solutions
We purchase scrap blue HDPE drums from industries and businesses. Materials are evaluated according to their quantity, condition and contamination level before pricing and collection arrangements are confirmed.
Used industrial drums are processed through a controlled decontamination system to remove and manage hazardous residues before the recyclable material proceeds to the next stage.
After decontamination, plastic is shredded and ground using industrial processing machinery. This prepares the material for further decontamination and recycling while reducing the volume of plastic sent to landfills.
Suitable recycled plastic is processed through extrusion equipment to produce reusable granules that can return to the manufacturing cycle as a recovered resource.
Wastewater produced during decontamination is treated through an Effluent Treatment Plant, Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis systems to support responsible water reuse and Zero Liquid Discharge operations.
Pickup services can be arranged for eligible commercial quantities in Ankleshwar and nearby industrial regions. Minimum quantity requirements may apply depending on the material and location.
Logistics, Material Handling & Compliance
From evaluating your materials to collection, processing and compliance reporting, we follow a structured approach designed for safe and efficient industrial waste management.
Our team reviews the material type, available quantity, condition, contamination level and expected monthly supply. We primarily process blue HDPE drums of 200 litres and above, while other industrial plastics may be considered based on volume and material compatibility.
Because our facility uses heavy industrial processing equipment, we prioritise commercial bulk quantities such as skid or pallet loads. Share your estimated monthly volume with our team so we can prepare a suitable procurement and logistics plan.
Businesses supplying scrap drums or using our waste management services are required to provide standard corporate documentation, including GST details, bank details and applicable GPCB information. This helps ensure transparent transactions and regulatory compliance for both parties.

Before pickup, all drums must be completely empty and securely sealed to support safe transportation and efficient processing. Any remaining material must be removed according to applicable compliance practices before the shipment is accepted.
The collected drums are processed through a controlled decontamination system to safely remove and manage hazardous residues. The recovered plastic is then shredded, ground and processed through industrial machinery, including extruders, to produce reusable flakes or granules wherever technically suitable.
We operate on a strict Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) framework. All wastewater generated during decontamination is fully treated and recycled in-house through our dedicated Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and advanced Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis (UF/RO) systems.
Solid hazardous sludge and non-recoverable residues are managed through our active memberships with approved TSDF, MEE and CHWIF sites, ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations.
After successful procurement and processing, we provide the necessary documentation to support your organisation’s waste-management records, environmental compliance and ESG objectives.
